We are attempting to publish some calcium flux data from Indo experiments. What is the best way to represent the differences observed between the treatment groups. The investigator wants to overlay the plots, but the DIVA software does not seem to allow for that. Also, is there any way to smooth the plots in DIVA? All ideas are welcome. Charles A.
