Using FC to quantitate cell surface molecules?

Hello,
 
I have been asked to ascertain the absolute number of a particular
protein found on the surface of a cell. However, radiolabeling is out of
the question. Can I use flow cytometry to measure both Kd and Bmax? 
 
How do I measure free ligand? Can I quantitate a particular level of
fluorsescence in terms of number of labeled molecules for a particular
intensity?
 
I would greatly appreciate any help you can give me.
