Hello Folks, I am using a BD Calibur that is loaded with Cellquest Pro. I dont seem to be able to open the FCS files generated from this version of Cellquest using WinMDI 2.8. Are any folks having similar problems? Does anyone have a solution? Based on a search on previous posts here, I am wondering if I can use MFI to convert the Cellquest Pro into ASCII and then open in WinMDI? I've never used MFI, so I dont know what to expect.
