Can anyone give some clarification as to how you count up your 88184 and 88185 codes to determine the total number of antibodies for your professional billing code? I am being told that 88184 does not count toward the total number of antibodies for your professional fee. Is this true? That would mean that the smallest panel you could ever charge a professional fee for is 3 antibodies. Any comments are appreciated.
