Hi All! I have to make the decision whether or not to purchase the very expensive service contract on my autoMACS, or just go time and materials. My instrument is only a year old, and it's been working fine. However, I have an ever-growing and darkening black cloud that hovers over me, and I have a fear that if I don't purchase the contract, it will rear its ugly head and the instrument will internally combust right in front of me. (For those who know me, you know this is entirely possible...:) ) Having said that, would any of you kind autoMACS owners provide me some feedback on your experiences and advice? Thanks...Jodi Jodi L. Kroeger Supervisor, Flow Cytometry Core Facility H.
