Hi Marjan, your dot plot are similar to AnnexinV/PI, where low scatter could mean "apoptotic" cell than lower scatter and high PI "dead/necrotic" cells. Do you never perform FL2/FSC analysis togheter annexinV. This could be help you in interpretation of results.
