Hi all, I am designing experiments to analyze small populations of lymphocytes and determine whether they are resting or in cycle. I need to define my populations with at least 5 markers (preferably 6) and then look at DNA content. Does anyone know a good DNA stain that works well in combination with 5 or 6 other colors? I only have 407, 488, and 633 lasers on our machine. Thanks for your help. Tom Thomas M.
