TGF-beta1 staining

I'm trying to stain lymphocytes for surface bound TGF-beta1.  I have a 
mAb from BD (555053) that hasnt done the trick for me the few times 
i've tried it.	Does anyone have an antibody that is working reliably?	
How long/what temp are you staining at?
