I too have had several issues with my New BDFACS Canto. We got ours before the end of
last year and I am now able to see the separation of populations this week. We have had
several boards replaced along with the Flow Cell. We also had to have them come in to fix
our loader because someone labeled the parts wrong back at the shop. Best of luck to all
of you with the new Canto!

Hello Flowers,
We have had a FACSCanto in our department for about 9 months, and have had severalservice
calls relating to flow cell alignment, red laser stability and some fluidic partsthat
have needed replacement.  Our technical support and field service have been verygood
about resolving all these issues, but it has been frustrating having frequentservice
calls.	      When it is working, it works very well.
I was wondering if other FACSCanto users  have had similar experiences.
