Hello Flowers, We have had a FACSCanto in our department for about 9 months, and have had several service calls relating to flow cell alignment, red laser stability and some fluidic parts that have needed replacement. Our technical support and field service have been very good about resolving all these issues, but it has been frustrating having frequent service calls. When it is working, it works very well. I was wondering if other FACSCanto users have had similar experiences. Thanks in advance for the input!!
