Hi Tim:

Contact Cytek, I think they have something for the LSRII. I know they have
one for the Calibur and the Vantage, it is called a Time Zero module and
even allows injection of the agonist directly into the sample line. See
their website http://www.cytekdev.com/cd/time_zero.asp

Subject: Temperature control for Ca++ studies on LSR-II

Hello all:

I have a user who wishes to do Ca++ studies on an LSR-II. I'm wondering if
anyone knows of a source for a jacketed water-filled unit for the LSR-II. I
suspect that one for the Calibur would work as well.

Thanks

Tim
