And just hope nobody freaks out about the mercury in thimerosal, which a 
lot of people are convinced causes autism in children who receive vaccines 
in which thimerosal is used as a preservative. There is little or no 
scientific evidence for this, but there's been enough fuss made so that 
having the stuff in the lab might push somebody's button. Thimerosal may be 
effective at lower concentrations than azide.
