The recent Qdot email string has inspired me to ask if those working with
Qdots could post an update of their experiences.

In particular, issues to address:1. There are 2 (more?) commercial sources of Qdots:
Quantum Dot Corp.
(www.qdots.com) and Evident Tech (www.evidenttech.com). Any comments on the
relative merits of the products each produces? 2. Upstate Biotech
(http://www.upstate.com/features/anti_conj.asp) does
custom conjugations using the Evident Technology Qdots. Any experience
there?3. Cost issues?
4. Pros & cons?
5. Suggested papers. I found 2 below that touch upon their use in
polychromatic flow cytometry. Any other suggestions or preprints?

Thanks!
