Autoflourescence

Hello All, 

I am analysing a enriched culture of dendritic cells grown in RPMI-10 media 
and i am having problems with autofluorescence in FL1. Since i am doing a two 
colour stain (FITC and PE/PI) i was wondering if there was a way to compensate 
against this autofluorescence?
