Hi Flowers,

Sometimes it is not easy to do the hardware compensation when
dealing with very small number of cells. I collect my FACS data with
BDCalibur and try to do software compensation using FlowJo 6.0 on Mac
(OS 9.0). I followed the manual step by step: define the matrix using
single color sample--> save the matrix --> load the matrix--> apply it
to my samples of interest. What troubles me is that after I saved the
matrix I couldn't load it. I couldn't find its location using the
search function in the computer although it appeared on the manual under
COMPENSATION BAR. I wonder if it is a bug for this software (I have no
problem with Window system using the demo data). Does anyone out there
have some ideas?
