COLLAGENASE AND DNASE

Does anyone have any experience or luck using collagenase to help break
up solid tissue into single cell suspension?
Also, what is the function of dnase and does it also help in getting
solid tissue into single cell suspension without affecting the surface
or cytoplasmic staining?  Can it be used in place of or with
collagenase?
