Dear Calman

I have had mixed results with surface -available epithelial antigens. Any reason
why just CD45+ won't help??

Subject: Surface markers for gut epithelial cells

We are studying T cells in G.I. biopsies by flow and want to clean up the
noise due to non-hematopoietic cells. I suspect that most are epithelial
cells. Does anyone know of a good cell surface marker to identify gut
epithelial cells? I am hoping to use it in my dump channel. Thanks.
