Dear Flowers:

It is about time to consider a new service contract for our Moflo. But
the price has gone up so much, the qouquote got from Dako Cytomation for
parts only without laser alone is about $20K. A full service contract
costs more than $50K a year. I've seen posted massages about service
contract for BD machines, but I don't know how reliable are Moflo
without having the insurance. Our machine is three years old, hasn't
given us much trouble in the past. Any suggestions on the coverage of
service contract or how to negociate the price down will be appreciated.

P.S.:For those who have a contract, is the price of service contract
based on the listed price of the machine or the price when you bought
the machine?

Thank you very much!
