Maximum size of algae/ciliates for FACSCalibur analysis

Dear Flowers.


  Does anyone have any experience analyzing algae/ciliates on flow 
cytometers, and in particular using a FACSCalibur for this purpose? 
What is the upper size limit of particles/organisms that can be 
analyzed by the FACSCalibur?
