Can anybody offer any representative data for these fluorochromes, ideally compared to
each other?

I have received lots of helpful replies to my question about 407nm-excitable
dyes. Mention has been made of Cascade Blue and AmCyan, as well as a few others.
But the one that seems to come out on top in the recommendations is Pacific
Blue.  According to the responders, it seems to be definitely brighter than
either Alexa 430 or Alexa 405.

So,  we are going to try Pacific Blue on our Aria.  Will let you know how it
works.
