Hi Paul, we have successfully used green fluorescent PKH2 (PKH2-GL kit from Sigma, final labeling conc. 1 µM and 1e7 cells/ml, 5 min. incubation at RT) to label A431 cells for a cluster assay which was used to study antibody mediated aggregation of EGFR+ A431 tumor cells and (PKH-26 labeled) FcR+ U937 cells (mimicking peripheral blood effector cells). Could anyone suggest an appropriate dye ?
