Fluorocrome

Hi Flow-ers

 

I have a question regarding the use of the Chromomycin A3. I have a
cytometer with	488 emission laser. I find that the CMA3 have an excitation
wavelength to 445. The question is: can I use the CMA3	with my cytometer? 

Actually I’ using also the 7AAD that have excitation wavelength at 442.
