Hey Flowers, I have a few questions concerning histograms. I am comparing melanoma cells treated with recombinant proteins and untreated melanoma cells. What is the most efficient way to analyze data on a histogram? Do I just compare percentages (i.e.percent gated, percent positive for a particular surface marker)? What all should I be looking for when comparing histograms (excluding my specific interests of study)? Thanks in advance! IsraelReceived on Mon Dec 20 12:38:00 2004
