Hi everybody. Here are some of the suggestion of markers for mouse endothelial cells.

1. CD31 especially in the CD45 negative population.
2. Somebody uses Von Willenbrand factor for cell sorting.
3. CAM5.2 is a cytokeratin marker used intracellular for human cells.
4. Fluorescent UEA (Ulex europeaus agglutinin) - binds to the base carbohydrate structure
present in blood group antigens in humans.
5. Other markers: E-selectin (CD62E), ICAM-2 (CD102), CD141 and CD202.

Thanks all.
