We also experienced the same problem. Our engineer replaced the loader 3 times in a month and after 3 months the same thing happened. The engineer replaced the board and the loader assembly. It did not happen again until after a year, October 2004. Currently, we are experiencing another loader error message (unable to detect tube or incorrect sequence error) and BD service engineer is going to replace the loader again. He does not have an answer why this is happening. He will just replace it.
