Vertical motion timeouts

Hi all,
Thanks everyone for their input on the vertical motion timeouts that we
have been having on our analyser.  We have had lots of replies.  Our
machine seems to especially like to misbehave on a Wednesday so we will
wait and see how we go next week.  A big thanks to Andrew our service
engineer who has been fantastic, and the parts people in Sydney who seem
to send parts by magic as they arrive within hours of being ordered.
