Vertical Motion timeouts on Facscalibur

Hi all

We have been experiencing intermittent problems with the loader on our
BD Facscalibur.  We get numerous 'Vertical Motion timeouts' whilst
trying to run samples on Worklist Manager.  This locks up the system and
requires us to run manually, which is time consuming.  Our patient
service engineers have replaced the motor inside the loader and then a
week later when that hadn't fixed things, replaced the entire loader
mechanism.  10 days later we have the same problems as before, but with
slow vertical motion instead of the rigid jamming that we had before the
loader was replaced.  Has anyone else experienced similar problems with
their loader, and could someone please let us know what you have had
done to fix this...
