Greetings, I'm interested in peoples experiences with 5 color flurochome combinations used for high volume clinical flow testing. Does PE-Cy7 instability inhibit it's use? Are there any PE-Cy7 formulations that have better stability than others? Do fixatives help or hinder fluorescence? Are there any other FL-5 alternatives that can be used with FITC/PE/ECD/PC5, considering that the 710LP filter can be changed with another filter to accomodate a lower emmision spectra?
