Andy, I use FlowJo routinely to analyze DiVa files and I do not find the problem you describe. Are you saving files as 32-bit data and saving experiment from DiVa software? I am looking at files up to 10 color and resulting FlowJo representation is identical to DiVa. Are you using Bi-exponential scale in FlowJo? I am using version 4.5 of FlowJo. David -- David M.
