Intrarcellular staining on thawed lymphocytes

Hi flowers,
Does anyone have experience with evaluating intracellular staining on thawed human lymphocytes? We currently stain fresh cells with Perforin but would like to be able to save the specimens received for future evaluation by cryopreserving them and later on thawing them and staining with Perforin or other cytokines.
Is this achievable? What kind of problems can we expect?
Has anyone done any recovery analysis, post thaw, to identify any obvious loss of cell surface epitopes? We will be staining with a couple of cell surface markers in addition to the intracellular staining.
I appreciate any and all suggestions, information, guidance.
Thank you for your help.
