Here's a reference to a cytokine capture method combining the identification of activated cells and dead cells along with phenotyping that we published last year. It could be easily used with cell sorting with any dual laser system. Mathioudakis G, Coder D, Fefer A. Multiparameter cytokine-specific affinity matrix assay for the determination of frequencies and phenotype of antigen-reactive T cells. Does anyone have any ideas on how to achieve this? I thought of the cytokine capture assay but I could not find anything for IL17. Any suggestions?
