Hello, A researcher in my lab wishes to visualize / measure the amount of peroxisomes in cells, by fluorescence microscopy, or even better, by FACS. Particularly, it would be nice if they could be differentiated from the mitochondrial mass. Is there a FACS probe to do so - to my knowledge this does not exist...-, or an enzymatic reaction, or else a selective antibody suitable for the job. Is there a quantitative way to approach this problem ? Thanks !
