X and Y chromosome detection by flow

Has anybody tracked donor cells in transplantation experiments by flow
cytometry based on the sex chromosome? I would like to monitor muscle
regeneration and investigate if cells from bone marrow transplant of the
opposite sex are infiltrating the damaged area.
