Hello there,

Can anyone suggest me that isit possible to stablize the cells without much affecting
the protein composition so that there are no further changes in the cell state of
growth and activation and at the same time proteomics to the sample can be done?

Need your expert opinion to know  what precautions should be taken for storing the cells
in frozen state to further continue for the cell surface antigen study at later period.

I donot know whether it is actually possible?
