To whom it may concern:
I am trying to set up a functional assay for MHC II expression by taking
white blood cells, putting them in vitro, stimulating with SEB and
measuring CD69 expression using FACS. However, I am working with rat
WBC's and am having a very difficult time finding antibodies against
CD69 to do FACS with. It was suggested to me to look at CD40L or CD25
but neither of those have anti-rat antibodies against them. If anyone
has any suggestions on how I can get around this problem I would really
appreciate it. I am trying to do FACS on these activation markers.
Please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you.
