Hello dear

I ahve a question I want working on erythrocyte with indirect flow cytometry for CD55
and CD59 molecules.

I want to know if I need a specific calibration for my work or not.

I am studying in Isfahan univesity school of medicine at immunology department

I asked you this question because we use calibrite tm 3 kit from BD for our flow
cytometry and I want to know I can use it or must use specifis calibration beads?
