Dear Flowers,

We have a strange case and I would like to ask for your opinion.
The patient presented at the time of admission as B-CLL.
The immunophenotype is presented in the attached picture bellow.

Based on the CD7 and CD56 positivity and CD45/SSC we are thinking of an
NK/T lymphoma but we can not explain the kappa positivity. The Ig heavy
chain and TCR gene rearrangement studies are under way.

Has anybody seen a similar case ? What's your opinion ?

Thanks,

Pal Jakso
