Hello Flowers,
Has anyone out there done flow analysis on Neurospora microconidiaspores?  I gather
they are about 2-4 microns in diameter so that might be OK -- but I wonder about
whether anyone has worked out  techniques to make them permeable to propidium iodide
and/or other DNA fluorochromes.  Thanks.
