Dear all,
I am about to start to analyse human and rabbit platelet activation by flow cytometry.
Any advice?
I use a Coulter XL (FL1, FL2, FL3) and will appreciate ANY suggestion (voltage settings,
fluorochromes, surface markers, references, etc...).
