Dear Flowers, I recently started a small FACS facility from scratch with a FACS Vantage SE eqipped with a 488-EnterpriseII (with outsplitted UV), and a Coherent Spectrum Laser (and the 3-way beam splitter). This means many possible combinations of fluorochromes and optical configurations that can be used beside the 1-laser 3-color standard setup. Are there any sources, where to look for useful fluorochrome/ filter combinations (especially for this Vantage setup) beside digging through all primary publications ? ... something like optical worksheets would be probably very helpful to rethink the working setups.
