Hi all, We need to purchase some more reagents for biotinylating antibodies and have come across a bewildering array different alternatives (Pierce alone looks to have more than 20 in their catalog). In the past we have only used "standard" NHS-biotin and have usually had good results but some antibodies have been problematic. I'm looking for any tips/hints/experiences that people are willing to share about different reagents/manufacturers. Thanks, Adrian -- ______________________________________________ Adrian Smith (Research Officer) T CELL BIOLOGY GROUP Centenary Institute of Cancer Medicine & Cell Biology Locked Bag No.6 Newtown, NSW 2042 AUSTRALIA.
