we prepared Apo Direct Kit from BD company to detect
Apoptosis through flow cytometry .
now , we have got several questions:
1- which software can be used?can we use cellqueast
programe ?
2-what are the definition of DNA width and DNA area
units ? we are they equivalent to fsc and ssc ?
3- what are the units and amounts of fsc / ssc and
FL1/FL2  in term of amplifier gain and detector gain ?
