I am not sure about lymphoblasts, but for many immortalized cell lines
(and some primary cell lines), dropping the culture temperature to 28C is
a fairly gentle (and easily reversable) way to push most of the cells into
G0-G1 (a small percentage will remain in G2-M). The synchronization is
complete within 48-72 hours.

I am interested in synchronizing K562 lymphoblast cells and was
interested in the most physiologically normal and effective method
for achieving this. Does anyone have any experience with this?
